Purchase an aquarium gravel pump ($3.50 U.S.) and a nasal aspirator. The do come in a large diameter size. Cut the bulb off of the aspirator just enough so that it won't be sucked into the tube. This part of the devise is to prevent the glans from getting sucked into tube with the foreskin. Put the funnel shaped aspirator on glans and use finger and thumb to pull skin over glans. Put tube on skin with aspirator tip in tube and suck air out by mouth. To hold vacuum in tube crimp the flexible tubing and push golf tee into end.

The benefit of this technique is pure tension with no tape to obstruct or no sandwiching of skin. The down side is you can't control which area of skin is tugged. If you are focusing on top inner skin there is no way to isolate that area.

CAUTION; Don't leave vacuum tube on for more than 30 - 45 minutes. Take off the vacuum if it becomes painful
