The yellow bar is cut off of the rounded end of the float and the spring was removed. The size of the fishing float plug can be changed to accomodate different thickness and glans size in the event that the plug slips through the ring. The surgical tubing wraps around my waist. I find that less noticable and comfortable than down my pant leg.

Under my underwear it is no more noticable than any other device.
